About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manager to lead our business development efforts. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with CallTek's overall goals.

Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.

Sales Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• In-depth understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA).

• Experience in a specific industry or market.

• Certifications in sales or business development.
