About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Sales Manager to join our team at Yokohama India Private Limited. As a Direct Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic relationships with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Ensure effective utilization and display of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials at dealer counters. Gather feedback from dealers and customers on new size and pattern launches.
  • Dealer Engagement: Motivate and engage dealers to participate in sales schemes and promotions. Revive inactive or "sleeping" dealers to increase sales.
  • Key Accounts: Manage and develop relationships with fleet, corporate, and car dealer accounts.
  • Teamwork and Reporting: Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market information.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, preferably in a field sales role.
