Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Executive in our Direct Business Development team, your primary focus will be on executing campaigns to enhance the utilization and display of Point-of-Purchase (POP) materials at dealer counters. This involves gathering feedback from dealers and customers on new size and pattern launches.

Dealer Engagement:

You will be responsible for motivating and engaging dealers to participate in sales schemes and promotions. This includes reviving inactive or ‘sleeping’ dealers to increase sales.

Key Accounts:

You will manage and develop relationships with fleet, corporate, and car dealer accounts. Your objective will be to build strong, long-term partnerships that drive business growth.

Teamwork and Reporting:

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets. Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and market information.

Target Achievement:

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the tyre industry, preferably in a field sales role, is required.
