The Head of Direct Sales is a key leadership position that oversees the growth and development of the direct sales team at LenDenClub.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the growth and development of the direct sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and manage high-performing sales teams.
  • Identify and qualify leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and track sales performance to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital sales.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses in the finance industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
