Job Summary:

  • The Head of Sales is responsible for leading and growing the direct sales team for the investment/lending department at LenDenClub, India's largest peer-to-peer lending platform.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital sales in the wealth domain and a deep understanding of the fintech industry.
  • The Head of Sales will be responsible for setting and managing sales goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and managing a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and manage sales goals for the team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Identify and qualify leads.
  • Generate sales opportunities.
  • Closing sales deals.
  • Provide training and development to the sales team.
  • Monitor and track sales performance.
  • Represent the company to prospective and existing customers.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital sales.
  • A proven track record of scaling businesses in the finance industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Experience with wealthtech or fintech products in the investment space.
