Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating sales activities, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by responding to client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and procurement, to drive sales growth and ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Managing sales-related data, including updating sales registers, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales trends.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including regular communication, issue resolution, and sales growth through upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and SAP software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing sales strategies and priorities.
