Sales Coordinator

Job Overview
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, managing schedules, and communicating relevant information to the sales team. They must also coordinate with concerned persons for pricing of stock items and prepare quotations for customers.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Acknowledge enquiries received through various channels and understand the enquiry to identify relevant vendors or stock items.
- Float enquiries to the right vendors, receive pricing, and coordinate with concerned persons to facilitate the process.
- Prepare quotations and send them to salespersons or customers, following up and negotiating with customers for the quotations.
Post Sales Coordination
- Update Sales Orders and coordinate with Procurement to check Procurement Status.
- Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for Dispatch Status and Service & Maintenance Team for Service Status.
- Follow Up with Clients for Payments and facilitate service support for defective products.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably from the Marine industry.
- Must be knowledgeable in SAP Software and Microsoft Windows, with the ability to use Excel spreadsheets effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
