Job Description for Senior Sales Coordinator

As a key member of the Reliserv Solution team, the Senior Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in driving international business development and customer engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
  • Sales Activities: Coordinate sales activities and processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely execution of sales orders.
  • Relationship Building: Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain sales databases, CRM systems, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Skill Requirements: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Teamwork: A team player with a high level of dedication, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Marketing.
  • Experience: Experience in B2B sales or account management, 5-10 years.
  • Fluency: Fluency in English.

Relocation: Willingness to relocate.

Salary: Salary package (monthly gross): between 30-40K.
