Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Saffron Consultancy Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain accurate records of inventory, including performa invoices, tax invoices, and e-way bills.
  • Coordinate with super stockists to ensure timely entry of closing inventory and process scheme claims.
  • Validate and maintain system and physical inventory in coordination with the Warehouse Manager and Accounts team.
  • Prepare reports on sales and submit to the GM-Sales and management.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and yearly contracts of transporters.
  • Enter data for invoices and delivery notes relating to purchases within Facilities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
