Responsibilities and Duties

Sales and Coordination

• Acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

• Identify and recommend relevant products or services to meet customer needs.

• Prepare and send quotations to customers.

• Negotiate and close sales.

Post Sales Coordination

• Update sales orders and track customer payments.

• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues.

MIS and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records and reports on sales and customer interactions.

• Provide regular sales updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP software.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team environment.
