Responsibilities and Duties

Pre-Sales Coordination

Understand and acknowledge client inquiries received via various channels

Identify relevant vendors and stock items for the client

Floating inquiries to the right vendors and receiving pricing from them

Coordinate with concerned persons for pricing of stock items

Quotation Preparation

Prepare quotations and send them to salespersons or clients

Follow up and negotiate with clients for quotations

Post-Sales Coordination

Update Sales Orders

Coordinate with Procurement to check Procurement Status

Coordinate with Warehouse & Logistics for Dispatch Status

Coordinate with Service & Maintenance Team for Service Status

Follow Up and Client Relationship

FOLLOW UP with Clients for Payments

Building and maintaining relationships with clients through telephone calls and emails

After-Sales Service

Understand and attend to clients grievances related to product and service

Facilitating service support for defective products and ensuring that the issue is resolved

MIS and Reporting

Updating SAP

Updating Sales Registers

Preparing daily/weekly and monthly reports

Need to know SAP Software. COMPULSORY

Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using vlookup and pivot tables

Demonstrated ability to assist senior management and sales representatives with any additional work as needed
