Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact or meetings, or via telephone
- Identify sales opportunities for secured and unsecured loans products by acquiring new customers and building new relationships
- Generate fresh leads through self-sourcing and referrals
- Conduct sales promotion activities through distributors and sales executives in the open market and improve relationships through events and activities
- Ability to use all communication platforms effectively, including telephone, email, and face-to-face
- Act as a bridge between the company and its current and future markets
- Develop relationships with builders, realtors, connectors, chartered accountants, distributors, and corporate clients to leverage business opportunities
- Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options available, as well as the terms of those services
- Ability to drive sales targets for multiple loan products
- Responsible for meeting monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets
- Interact with bankers of various products for smooth processing of files
- Collect documents according to the checklist from customers
- Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends to employers
- Responsible for recruiting and motivating a team to perform at optimum levels in the region
- Achieve sales targets through direct efforts and by managing a team of business development executives
- Maintain proper management information systems and provide regular feedback on market-related activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
- Motivated and results-driven
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently
- Experience in a sales-driven organization, preferably in BFSI, insurance, or real estate
- Education: Any graduate or MBA in finance or marketing
- CTC: ₹3LPA to ₹8LPA + incentives (based on candidate)
- Experience: 2-10 years
- Location: Mumbai and surrounding areas
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
