Enterprise Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team at Sealed Air Corporation. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through strategic account management and product care solutions.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to identify new opportunities and grow existing business.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Sealed Air's product care solutions to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to launch new products and solutions to assigned accounts.
- Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks such as pricing, CRM reporting, rebate and promotion coordination, customer relationship and activity reporting, budgeting, travel, and expenses.
- Bachelor's Degree: Prefer engineering background.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel overnight and moderate to long distances.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, CRM knowledgeable.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and ability to be creative.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Ability to present complex topics in an easy-to-understand way and negotiate with customers.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates learning agility and strong business acumen.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-focused, deadline-driven, results-oriented, self-starter, and coachable.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
