Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Lead a team of field sales professionals, providing coaching and mentoring to enhance their performance and achieve individual goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and aligning our sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain open communication channels with the executive team, providing regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize sales efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales management, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior management.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
