About the Role:

  • This position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee our field sales operations in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day sales targets for B2C sales teams, ensuring timely delivery of SLAs and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead insurance field sales teams (health, motor, life) and establish strong relationships with clients through effective engagement.
  3. Oversight of team resources, goal-setting, strategy development, and reporting responsibilities.
  4. Monitor and document staff work schedules and absences to optimize team performance.
  5. BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY GROWING AND NURTURING EXISTING RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE OPERATIONAL COHERENCE & EFFECTIVE FOUNDATION FOR FUTURE GROWTH
  6. Ensure all audit-related issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
  7. Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in processes.
  8. Coach and mentor team leads to enhance their management skills.
  9. Foster a culture of open communication within the team and ensure prompt resolution of internal customer queries.
  10. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve shared goals.
  11. Serve as the primary point of contact for specific business-related problems and queries.
  12. Take on special projects as needed to support business objectives.

ISM Responsibilities:

  1. Follow instructions from Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and serve authorized users;
  2. Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads to build and run information systems that meet business objectives;
  3. E nsure the safeguarding of information in possession;
  4. A ccept responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets;
  5. P erform work delegated by Function Heads

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in team management skills to hold meetings and conduct performance reviews, assisting employees in meeting Performance Targets
  • Proficiency in employee development to assist employees in meeting Performance Targets through Hiring, Coaching & Mentoring
  • Prior experience in field sales
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Team Handling
  • Ability to calibrate employee performance to Performance Targets through monitoring and Coaching
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues affecting Performance Criteria
  • Ability to lead employees to performance of Performance Criteria
  • Demonstrated fluency in Regional Language
