Renewal Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Contract Manager to join our APAC Renewals team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relations and renewal business in your assigned territory. Close collaboration with customers and Account Managers is required to ensure on-time bookings.
The role is based in our India office located in Bangalore. You will work closely with Customer Success to retain and expand our customer base, providing a positive customer experience with a focus on retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage renewal contracts within an assigned territory to ensure timely renewals.
- Communicate effectively with customers through online meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
- Understand customer budgets, stakeholders, requirements, and approval processes in line with MEDDIC methodology.
- Sell software development, user interface design, automated user interface testing, code analysis, and architecture analysis licenses.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success to align on customer strategies and coordinate customer-facing communication.
- Defend against competitive pressure using value selling techniques.
- Discover potential license expansions to refer up-and cross-selling opportunities to Account Managers.
- Provide regular updates on renewal statuses and escalate customer requests as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests.
- Academic degree in Business or similar field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in BDR/SDR, Inside Sales, Renewals, or Customer Success - preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Independent and confident work style.
- Eager to learn and improve skillset.
Rupee 8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately USD $10,000-$15,000), depending on experience and qualifications.
