Enterprise Sales Account Manager

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our U.S. team, focusing on sales development and customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Identify new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and email outreach within U.S. business hours.
- Build rapport with customers across different time zones, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Route qualified leads to U.S.-based sales executives for further development and closure.
- Cultivate existing accounts, expanding your database of prospects within the assigned U.S. territory.
- Promote Kytes' offerings through effective online demos and presentations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Maintain an average of 80-100 outbound calls per day during U.S. business hours.
- Send at least 100 targeted emails to prospective customers daily.
- Regularly update the CRM system with accurate notes and inputs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
