Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to join our team. As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients within the financial technology sector. You will leverage your deep understanding of the fintech industry, strong sales skills, and excellent relationship-building abilities to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating the enterprise market segment, including vertical-specific approaches where relevant.
  • Identify target accounts and prospects in alignment with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at the enterprise level.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

Requirements:
  • A proven track record of meeting, exceeding sales targets in selling SAAS solutions, preferably in the fintech domain, to large enterprise clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance challenges faced by enterprises.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
