We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team at Zoop, a leading platform dedicated to revolutionizing businesses' onboarding processes.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating the enterprise market segment.
- Identify target accounts and prospects in alignment with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at the enterprise level.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for penetrating the enterprise market segment.
- Identify target accounts and prospects in alignment with the company's business objectives and sales goals.
- New Business Development:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs, pain points, and competitive landscape.
- Sales Negotiation and Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure a smooth and timely sales contract closure process.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of meeting, exceeding sales targets in selling SAAS solutions to large enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of the financial industry, regulatory landscape, and compliance challenges faced by enterprises.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
