Job Title: Commercial Sales Director

Kohinoor Group Pune is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Director to lead and manage all aspects of commercial property sales within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary: The Commercial Sales Director will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the commercial real estate market.
  • Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research of the commercial market to identify opportunities and trends.
• Formulate action plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify and develop relationships with new and existing partners to ensure market penetration.
• Manage sales teams and achieve targets from commercial, corporate office spaces.
• Lead and direct the sales team, providing necessary training and support to achieve KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

  • Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
