Commercial Growth Specialist

Talent Corner is seeking an experienced Commercial Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for approaching builders and project management consultants to establish and maintain relationships.
About the Role- This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams, including sales and design teams. They will also have excellent reporting skills and be able to provide regular updates to directors.
Requirements- 1-3 years of experience in a related field, such as sales or business development
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its regulations
