Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Trade Revenue Growth Specialist to join our team at Mintskill HR Solutions LLP.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new trade current accounts, generating revenue from these accounts, and maintaining high CA balances in the sourced accounts.
  • You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and develop strategies to acquire quality current account customers who are dealing in international trade.
  • Your key objective will be to ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, including AML/KYC/RBI, while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new trade current accounts through effective market research and customer engagement.
  • Generating Trade & FX revenue from self-sourced accounts by offering competitive rates and commissions.
  • Sourcing Consumer & Commercial BB cases and maintaining high CA balances in the sourced accounts.
  • Candidates with experience in CA portfolio management or trading background will be given preference.
  • Developing and implementing promotional activities to attract potential customers and enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintaining accurate records and submitting timely reports to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in trade finance, banking, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines, including AML/KYC/RBI.
