Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Hotel Revenue Growth Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our revenue operations team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing hotel performance and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement timely pricing updates based on market conditions, competition, and internal strategies.
  • Manage extranet/portals with online travel agencies (OTAs) and optimize our presence on various platforms to drive bookings.
  • Monitor and record hotel rates to remain competitive.
  • Configure and manage rate plans in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management systems (RMS).
Key Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
  • Hunger for growth and a proactive approach to making a significant impact.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, including breaking down complex issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Able to work with dynamic teams of Revenue/Sales Managers, Revenue/Sales Associates etc.
