Job Description

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager at Birlasoft, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders for strategic enterprise accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed. Map client stakeholders and prepare value propositions while collaborating with service lines and global account management teams.
  • Account Management: Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support. Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and retention. Responsible for individual targets related to revenue, order book, margin, and CSAT for the said accounts. Collaborate with global account management and delivery teams to grow accounts.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling between IT and services. Collaborate with sales, service line SMEs, and marketing teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Work with delivery teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Track and report on account performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Experience:
10+ years of experience in account management or client relationship roles, in manufacturing sector. Experience of Supply Chain, Oracle EBS will be preferred.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with a preferable Business Management acumen.
- Advanced degrees or certifications in account management are advantageous.

Salary and Location:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The location for this position is Pune, India.
