Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
Job Description: As a Senior Alliance Partner Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, developing alliances that align with the company's long-term goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships with companies like Ceipal, Bullhorn, Zoho, and other recruitment and HR technology providers.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that support business growth and drive revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to integrate new partnerships and maximize their value.
- Negotiate favorable partnership terms and manage relationships with strategic partners.
Requirements: 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or EdTech. Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and technical expertise are essential for success in this role.
