Job Title: Senior Alliance Partner Manager

Job Description: This role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key players in the HR tech industry. The successful candidate will have experience in building revenue-generating partnerships and designing alliance strategies that support business growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain relationships with strategic partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefit.
  2. Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with the company's long-term goals and product development roadmap.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new partnerships and maximize their value.
  4. Negotiate favorable partnership terms and drive revenue growth through alliances.

Requirements: 8+ years of experience in strategic alliances, business development, or partnerships, preferably in HR tech, SaaS, or EdTech. Strong negotiation skills, business acumen, and technical expertise are essential for success in this role.
