Alliance Business Growth Specialist

Sunstone is seeking a talented Alliance Manager to lead our partnership development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, as well as the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with colleges and universities.
- Negotiate Agreements: Develop and negotiate partnership contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage Partnerships: Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of partnerships and communicate the alliance's vision and objectives to external stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and strong analytical skills.
- Competitive Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
