Role Overview
This role involves managing sales through distribution to attain market leadership in a given territory. The key focus areas include establishing a strong distribution footprint, delivering sales targets, and monitoring quality acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute distribution strategies to drive sales growth
- Monitor competition and track schemes and programs
- Ensure availability of stock at retail outlets while adhering to norms
- Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
- Achieve zonal revenue targets for the distribution channel across all products
- Achieve retail expansion targets through increasing the number of outlets in existing and new geographies
