We are searching for an experienced ENT Territory Manager to join our Meril team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ENT market and be able to build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and customers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will profile, assess potential, prepare target lists, and enlist new doctors as per business requirements, build consistent, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders/key business leaders in assigned territory, and follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements -

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience
  • Relevant experience in ENT
  • Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language
  • Intermediate level of English
