About the Role - We are looking for Energetic Area Sales Manager from Medical device company having experience in ENT .

  • Responsibilities -
  • Support the learning and development of the sales team
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Drives business growth by delivering on budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies
  • Manages a team of senior executives. Supporting them on their development plans and engaging in open and honest conversations
  • Reviews and discusses action plans for the achievement of the sales budget each month
  • Create and implement the plan for conducting promotional activities, develop CRM strategy, and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies from time to time in order to achieve objectives through sales
  • Map the potential of the territory and relates it to market trends and competitors' activities
  • Profiles, assess potential, prepares target list, and enlists new doctors as per business requirements
  • Builds consistent, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders/Key Business leaders in assigned territory by involving them in scientific engagements at regular intervals and through effective coverage at the right frequency
  • Follow up with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a timely resolution

Qualifications -

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 5 Years medical devices sales experience
  • Relevant experience in ENT
  • Excellent decision-making and strong financial management skills
  • Fluency in written and verbal communication skills in regional language
  • Intermediate level of English
  • Good written and verbal communication skills as appropriateS
