Roles and responsibilities of sales manager

1. Develop the market for products from scratch, right from taking up trails, conducting meeting with farmers, dealers, nurseries, etc.

2. Sales planning.

3. Head both the Coco peat division and the microbial products sales division in the territory.

4. Conduct market development activities at field level.

5. Manage a team of Field assistants and develop the market

Criteria-

1. At least 3-4 years' experience in Agri Inputs sector, preferably Bio/ chemical fertilizers/ pesticidess field preferred.

2. B.Sc. agriculture min. Qualification

3. Own a two/ four-wheeler as it involves travelling outside the territory.
