Job Description
We are seeking a sales manager to head both our Coco peat division and microbial products sales division in the territory. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years' experience in Agri Inputs sector, preferably Bio/ chemical fertilizers/ pesticides field preferred. Responsibilities include developing the market for products from scratch, conducting meetings with farmers, dealers, nurseries, etc., sales planning, and managing a team of Field assistants and developing the market.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates must hold a B.Sc. agriculture minimum qualification and own a two/four-wheeler as it involves travelling outside the territory. Criteria include:
  • At least 3-4 years' experience in Agri Inputs sector, preferably Bio/ chemical fertilizers/ pesticides field preferred.
