Job OverviewWe are seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role primarily involves in-field activities in Coimatore, making it essential for candidates to be familiar with the local market and terrain. The candidate will support the sales team in achieving sales targets and identifying new business opportunities.

  • Qualifications and SkillsProven sales experience in a field role within the technology or communications sector to effectively communicate product benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and proficiency in building long-term relationships with local businesses and prospects.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to close deals successfully and maximize opportunities for profit in field sales scenarios.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with prospects and existing clients.
  • Ability to conduct detailed market analysis to target prospects and identify new business opportunities in designated areas.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets, showing persistence, and tenacity in achieving company objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and issues effectively and provide viable solutions.
  • Possess self-motivation and time management capabilities to manage schedules effectively while working independently.

    • Create and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches tailored to customer needs and company offerings.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospective follow-ups to manage customer information efficiently.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly.
    • Participate in networking activities and events to raise company awareness and identify additional sales opportunities.
