Sales & Marketing Executive

Besto Farms is a company based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, that focuses on growing Greens & Vegetables using Hi-tech low-cost hydroponics growing methods. We're assembling a team of individuals who share our passion and vision for sustainable agriculture.

Job Overview:

  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills to drive growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Experience in the fresh produce or agricultural industry, preferably with a focus on Fruits & Vegetables
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow market share
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection, leveraging strong negotiation skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FnV Sales, Operations & Marketing
  • Availability to work on-location at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
  • Graduate degree in Agri, Business, Sales & Marketing, or relevant fields
  • Possession of a valid 2-wheeler license
  • Flexibility with timing and workload, with a passion for agriculture and farmers
