**About the Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Partnerships Director to join our team in accelerating the growth of emerging ad products via partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven business development leader with a proven track record of cultivating new partnerships and driving revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Amazon India's Advertising team and contribute to transforming the depth and scale of our partnerships with diverse Ads partners.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage the new business from end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating new partnership opportunities, conducting partner outreach, negotiating term sheets and agreements, and driving execution.
  • Own scaled engagement charter for Amazon Ads Partner Network (AAPN) on the supply side by enabling partners on Ads and demand side by driving advertiser adoption of partner services.
  • Build scaled-initiatives to onboard qualified third-party agencies on AAPN.
  • Design and launch programs to enable AAPN-registered partners with expertise on Amazon Ad products, tools, and best practices around advertising.
  • Set up automated/semi-automated programs that work at scale across the lifecycle of partner engagement.
  • Drive advertiser awareness and demand for Partner services.

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience in advertising and DSP/ad network sales

**Salary:** ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000 per annum (estimated)
