Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team at MagicDecor. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support via multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers through phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Systematically escalate complex issues to relevant teams and owners, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-through.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop product knowledge and improve processes.
- Take ownership of process improvements by analyzing escalated cases and working with teams to reduce resolution time and enhance the customer experience.
- Support various audits and internal control initiatives as needed.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, customer interaction, or negotiation.
- Background in Interior Design, Insurance, Healthcare, or E-Commerce is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle customer interactions with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Open-door policy and a flat organizational structure.
