Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate services to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve inquiries and complaints
- Provide information and support to clients regarding products and services
- Develop and maintain customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Analyze sales reports and client account information to identify areas for improvement
- Relay information between management and sales representatives to coordinate sales and service strategies
