About the Role:

Our Client, an Indian multinational ride-sharing company, is seeking an Automobile Service Champion to join their team. As a Service Champion, you will be responsible for receiving customers, verifying service requests, and capturing VOC. You will also diagnose scooters, update diagnosis reports, and perform repairs. Additionally, you will track customer complaints, operate the Workshop Management System, and update operational status. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the automobile industry and a 12th+ diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation qualification. The company offers a competitive salary, including PF and ESIC, and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Handling: Receive customers, greet them with politeness and professionalism, verify service requests, and capture VOC.
  • Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooters, update diagnosis reports, and perform repairs.
  • System Handling: Track customer complaints, operate the Workshop Management System, and update operational status.
  • Technical Repairs: Service Champions should be equipped with knowledge on OLA Scooters and be able to repair/replace parts.
  • Process and Operational: Adhere to process, ensure bays are clearly marked, and maintain inventory.
  • Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre.
  • Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear, use protective gear while repairing scooters, and ensure fire fighting equipment is in place.


Requirements:
  • Only Male Candidates are eligible.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th+ diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.


Benefits: Upto 2.76lpa CTC including PF+ ESIC
