Job Title: Service Technician

L&T Construction and Mining Machinery is a leading player in the construction and mining equipment industry. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for commissioning and warranty service of construction machines at customer job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commissioning and troubleshooting of construction machines
  • Maintenance of machine records and achievement of target Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
  • Development of good customer relationships
  • Support of dealer engineers in achieving customer satisfaction
  • Exploration of spare parts sales and workshop repair opportunities

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering with 4-6 years of experience in the earthmoving industry
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English and local language
  • Will to travel extensively and work on machines
  • Working knowledge of computers (MS Office)
