We have an Excellent Opportunity for Male Candidates for Automobile Service Champion.

About 2coms:

Our company is a renowned Indian multinational ride-sharing firm, also operating in other business verticals including financial services and cloud kitchens.

Role: Automobile Service Champion

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction

  • Receiving customers with a smile and greeting them with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Verifying service requests made by customers & capturing VOC of the customer and updating in the system.
  • Conversational skills for telephonic as well as face-to-face discussions.
  • Communicating with customers about repair updates.

Fault Diagnosis

  • Analyzing and diagnosing the scooter to identify the number and type of repairs required.
  • Updating the diagnosis report in the WMS (Getafix) system.
  • Performing repairs & final inspections on the vehicle if the desired repairs as per the customer VOC are performed.

System Management

  • Tracking customer complaints in Zendesk and updating the system on a live basis.
  • Operating the Workshop Management System (Getafix) and ensuring 100% adherence.
  • Updating operational status and ETA on a timely basis in both CRM and WMS systems.
  • Checking scooter health in the Telematics Command Centre for deep diagnosis.

Technical Repairs

  • The Service Champion should be fully equipped with knowledge on OLA Scooter repair and maintenance.
  • Able to repair/replace all scooter parts.
  • Ensure they are updated on OLA technical curricula, news bulletins on EV.

Process and Operational Efficiency

  • Adhering to processes at Experience Centres and ensuring bays are clearly marked for vehicles/scooters.
  • Invoicing and payment collections.
  • Ensuring bays are free from any foreign materials and fit for serviceability.

Parts Inventory Management

  • Auditing inventory and ensuring system and physical inventory match.
  • Performing GRN and maintaining inventory at Experience Centres.
  • Ensuring warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.

Safety and Compliance

  • Wearing uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
  • Using protective gear and proper handling of tool kits while repairing scooters.
  • Ensuring firefighting equipment is in place for fire handling.


Requirements
  • Only male candidates.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
  • Minimum experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.
