"2coms" is a leading Indian multinational ride-sharing company that operates in various business verticals, including financial services and cloud kitchens. As part of our growth, we are looking for a skilled Automobile Service Champion to join our team at our experience center.


Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Handling
    • Receive customers with a smile and greet them with politeness, courtesy, and professionalism.
    • Verify service requests made by customers and capture VOC (Voice of Customer) and update in the system.
    • Develop conversational skills for telephonic and face-to-face discussions.
    • Communicate with customers about repair updates.
  2. Diagnosis
    • Analyze and diagnose scooters to identify the number and type of repairs required.
    • Update diagnosis reports in the WMS (Getafix) system.
    • Perform repairs and final inspections on vehicles if the desired repairs are made as per the customer's voice.
  3. System Handling
    • Track customer complaints in Zendesk and update the system in real-time.
    • Operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix) and ensure 100% adherence.
    • Update operational status and ETA on time in both CRM and WMS systems.
    • Check scooter health in Telematics Command Center for deep diagnosis.
  4. Technical Repairs
    • The Service Champion should be fully equipped with knowledge on OLA scooters.
    • Be able to repair or replace all parts of the scooter.
    • Ensure they are updated on OLA technical curriculum, news bulletin on EV.
  5. Process and Operational
    • Adhere to process at the Experience Center and ensure bays are clearly marked for vehicles/scooters.
    • Invoicing and payment collections.
    • Ensure bays are free from any foreign materials and fit for serviceability.
  6. Parts Operation
    • Audit inventory and ensure system and physical inventory are the same.
    • Perform GRN (Goods Received Note) and maintain inventory at the Experience Center.
    • Ensure warranty part reverse logistics to the Mother workshop.
  7. Safety and Compliance
    • Wear uniform and protective gear while repairing scooters.
    • Use protective gear and proper handling of tool kits while repairing scooters.
    • Ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place to ensure fire handling.

Requirements
  • Only male candidates.
  • Min qualification: 12th+diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
  • Min experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.
