Job Title: Automobile Service Champion

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Automobile Service Champion to join our team at 2coms. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, diagnosing and repairing scooters, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Handling: Receive and greet customers with a smile, verify service requests, and capture VOC (Voice of Customer) information.
• Diagnosis: Analyze and diagnose scooter issues, update diagnosis reports, and perform repairs and final inspections.
• System Handling: Track customer complaints, operate the Workshop Management System (Getafix), and update operational status and ETA in CRM and WMS systems.
• Technical Repairs: Be knowledgeable about OLA scooters, repair or replace parts, and stay updated on OLA technical curricula and EV news.
• Process and Operational: Adhere to processes, ensure bays are clearly marked, and perform invoicing and payment collections.
• Parts Operation: Audit inventory, perform GRN, and maintain inventory at the Experience Centre.
• Safety and Compliance: Wear uniform and protective gear, use protective gear and proper tool handling, and ensure fire-fighting equipment is in place.

Requirements:

• Only male candidates.
• Minimum qualification: 12th+diploma/ITI/graduation/post-graduation.
• Minimum experience: 1 year in the automobile industry in the service sector.

Benefits:
Up to 2.76lpa CTC including PF+ESIC
