**Outbound Calling**:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company's products and services.
- Follow a script or talking points to effectively communicate key information.
- Build rapport with customers and create interest in the products.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and promotions in the automobile industry.
- Provide detailed information about the specifications, benefits, and pricing of the company's products.
- **Customer Inquiry Handling**:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Assist customers in understanding product features, pricing, and any ongoing promotions.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Document and report customer feedback and preferences to the sales team for further follow-up.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit the showroom or meet with sales representatives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company's database.
- Update customer profiles, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
- **Achievement of Targets**:
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
