About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Client Growth Manager to foster strong relationships with our key clients in India, with a central base in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by ensuring client satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, and attending critical meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain solid relationships with high-income generating clients.
  • Oversight of multiple key accounts across various cities in India, with frequent travel required.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
  • Supervise account teams assigned to each key client.
  • Collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet client needs.
  • Present regular reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to account teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop customized solutions based on thorough understanding of client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients and meet established deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
  • Exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum
