Strategic Growth Manager

At Sigma-HSE India, we are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth and expansion through effective sales strategies.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving target order conversion rates and tracking metrics to ensure targets are hit.
- They will develop new business markets and maintain existing client relationships to increase the client database and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve target order conversion rates by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or equivalent role with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Demonstrated success in full sales cycles including deal closing and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn marketing and social media platforms.
