We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team at Ubique Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, analysis, and execution.

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be part of our Senior Executive - D2C team, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute detailed plans to achieve monthly revenue targets and align them with Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
  • Develop category-wise contribution targets and monitor product performance metrics, including SKU-wise growth, category-wise contribution, and repurchase rates.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions, focusing on revenue, AOV, ABS, ASP, orders, cohort analysis, CLTV, source-wise traffic, funnel, conversion rate, COD, prepaid, cancellations, and RTO.
  • Prepare channel-wise marketing budgets and revenue targets for Google and Facebook campaigns.
  • Plan budget allocation for paid ads campaigns, allocate product-wise budget for PPC, and create budget projections for upcoming sale campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from top-tier colleges.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making, customer-centric mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and a passion for driving growth and innovation. We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
