Strategic Growth Manager

This pivotal role at Awfis Space Solutions Limited shapes the company's growth and future direction, requiring cross-functional collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate closely with the CEO to formulate and implement growth strategies ensuring business sustainability and scalability.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between the CEO's office and key departments (operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology) for smooth execution of strategies.
3. Market & Industry Analysis: Stay ahead of commercial real estate/co-working industry trends and competition, providing strategic insights to support decision-making.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze company-wide data to uncover insights for improving cost efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
5. Project Management: Lead and contribute to special projects as assigned by the CEO, including strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 4-6 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles. Demonstrated experience in M&A processes is a plus.
Estimated Salary: ₹1200000 - ₹1800000 per annum
