We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Manager - Food Ingredients to join our team at YNP Ingredients Pvt Ltd.

About the Role:

The Strategic Growth Manager - Food Ingredients will be responsible for developing and executing sales-oriented business strategies to drive growth and revenue expansion in the food ingredients market. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, including nutraceuticals, food & beverages, bakery & confectionary, and experience in identifying partnership opportunities for new business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years' prior industry-related business development experience, preferably in food ingredients or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing business growth strategies, resulting in increased revenue and market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Salary Estimate: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
