Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and building strong relationships through regular communication and meetings.
  2. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to clients.
  3. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, providing them with perfect communication advice tailored to their brands.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • 2 to 3 years of proven experience in account management or a related role.
