We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Matrix Bricks.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to spearhead business development, driving growth and expansion in our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and implementing effective strategies to boost revenue.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong connections with clients and stakeholders. A deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the market trends and consumer behaviors, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base
  • Nurture and maintain existing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales approaches
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns and promotions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the market trends and consumer behaviors

Salary Range

We offer a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
